Return Policies
uvfishvision.com aka Reel Wings Decoy Co. Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return any factory sealed item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A (20%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is returned new and with factory seal)
  • Due to the nature of the  product , no paint will be returnable after the factory seal is broken, exchange only. Contact us directly for any problems with your order.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping or discounted shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Reel Wings is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
